STOCK-TAKING

We arrange an informative dialogue to collect relevant information of your company, product(s) and target group to phrase the initial question. This is followed by a debriefing in which we verify that we have understood the question correctly. The debriefing serves as input for the marketing communications strategy. When the initial question and the context are clear, we can prepare an indicative quote for implementing your marketing communications or creative development plan.

THE MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS PLAN

The marketing communications plan lists the corporate objectives related to profit, development, quality, awareness and availability. How will we achieve the set objectives? Who is our target group? Which activities and media will we use reach the target group? The marketing plan serves as a basis for the communication plan and preparing a matching budget. How do we make sure that the target group will buy the product or use the service? To answer all these questions correctly, we apply our Marcom 8-step plan. Each company, product or service, sector of industry and market situation is unique, which is why every marketing communications plan has to be exclusively geared to meeting specific goals.

CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT

In this stage, the marketing communications strategy is translated into communication activities and a chosen cross-media model. Due to the use and combination of innovative communication activities, Clabbers Communications creates views that lead to a powerful name, a strong brand and more sales. In short: insights that lead to improved results and more success. This can be accomplished in the form of a new corporate image or in the form of website, radio/TV commercials, DM campaigns or social media.

EVALUATION

After the marketing communications plan has been presented, the communications mix has been implemented and the communication activities have been completed, we evaluate the results. The communication activities can be adjusted or further evolved. Following this, a new (long-term) cooperative relationship can be started up.
